A whole month
I know it has been almost a whole month since I've last posted. Here is my list of excuses:
For the first 2 weeks I was packing. Packing sucks. Enough said.
Then for 4 days I was out of town visiting family, taking Memphis back to the specialist, and...what else?...ummm...oh yeah, SHOPPING AT IKEA!!! Actually the shopping part was a very small portion of that trip. I saw some family that I had not seen in awhile and we had a great time.
Then, for the past 2 weeks I have been furiously unpacking (okay, so furiously may be a bit of an exaggeration) and trying to get what will be a home for 7 people set up. The most frustrating part of this is that I was without internet for 2 WHOLE WEEKS. I almost died from the withdrawl.
And, the final excuse is that I am getting married in 3 days. 3 days!!! Oh my gosh. Even though this is a small wedding (or at least it started out that way) there have still been some troubles. The shoes I special ordered came in two sizes too big. The cake ladies have gone on vacation until August 6th and I haven't been able to get a hold of them. It's really no big deal. The cake is only the main food that guests will be dining on at the reception. Did I say "main" food? I meant the ONLY food. Surely we can do without that right? We'll just tell people that with all the starving children in Africa we thought the cake would be more appreciated there. And by the way, try the very tasty punch. I'm sure it will satisfy your hunger.
Anyway, it's likely that it will be another week or so until I post again so just hang in there.

Oh my goodness Megan, where did you order your cake from? If you need any help I'm a pretty okay baker! That really sucks about your shoes Nicole told me a bit about them, do you think you could go get a pair at journeys and then get iron on letters or something else! Gee I'm sorry but heck if thats the only problems you have that day its not all that bad! But really if you need any help please call me! Misty
